Make unique Valentines Day treats for yourself and your loved ones with local professional forager Jade Mellor.

Jade runs her own business called Wild Pickings based in west Wales. She sells delicious seasonal foraged foods at farmers markets, food festivals and restaurants and uses her skills to run workshops.

You'll be using many ingredients previously foraged by Jade (both fresh and from the store cupboard) and be introduced to a variety of new skills. This charming workshop uses delicious recipes inspired by a love of local wild food. These treats have to be tasted to be believed!
