Wild Medicine from the Shoreline

Spend an afternoon with Medical Herbalist, Lara Bernays, discovering the wonders of our wild plant heritage as well as how to put these wild plants to use as home remedies. Learn how to make your own natural shower gells and after sun lotion from plants you harvest as well as much more.

This popular activity accepts pre-bookings only as numbers are limited to 15 places. Due to weather conditions, some of the arrangements may be altered, so please contact us beforehand.

As we are expecting fine weather on Sunday so please meet Lara at 2pm Poppit Sands Car Park.  If however its pouring down, please come to Small World Centre where you'll continue the activity in the dry.  Enjoy!
