Wild Walk - Pesto

Join Tom & Lara for a short walk to find some delicious ingredients fresh from the hedgerows then back to Small World Centre to cook up a fantastic supper!

Exploring the banks and hedgerows along the river Mwldan and surrounds, we will find a surpising collection of delicious and medicinally useful herbs. The fresh green leaves of spring are wonderful ingredients for our very own local pesto.

It's also the season for brewing Tom's Granny's "POP", so we will share a secret recipe and prepare a batch with a sample to take home; bring an empty bottle!
