Join local medical herbalist Lara Bernays (BSc Hons, MNIMH) on a family friendly walk through the Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve to discover West Wales's rich selection of wild flowers and trees which have been used as food & medicine for hundreds of years.

Explore the traditional uses, folk law and science of our native plants. Learn how to identify and harvest along the way, followed by a session to turn these plants into traditional remedies, which you can then take home and use.
If you are joining us early, why not relax in our panoramic Glasshouse Café with wild food on the menu to compliment the workshop.
This is a series of walks - watch out for them monthly! Next: 28 August
