Shamanic Drum Circle

Drumming for healing, ceremony and soul.  Facilitated by local shamanic practitioners Rosi and Keith, the drumming circle is for everyone over 16. No experience is necessary.

Drumming together in a circle is a very simple and old way of bringing healing to the community. Everyone can bang a drum or shake a rattle, and the energy created by even three or four people has to be experienced. The drum is the heartbeat of the earth - it is both relaxing, energising and joyful. Sometimes we drum together in a regular beat, sometimes we dance and let the beat lead us into a magical space. It is different every time.

Please bring a drum if you have one or a rattle, though there are a few spares.  Frame/hand-held drums, bodhrans preferred.  No djembes please.  Refreshments included.
