Along the walk you'll discuss plant identification and sustainable harvesting, returning to Small World Centre with the herbs you have collected to explore the science of these plants in a making session (which may include anything from healing cream to hay fever tea).

Please wear suitable outdoor clothing for the walk which will happen in the first part of the activity. Lara will tailor the activity to suit the weather conditions and bring ingredients with her incase the weather is awful. Booking Tickets
Places are limited, so please book early. Our bespoke workshops are run with minimum and maximum numbers in mind so that materials and leaders' fees are covered by the course fees. Your place can only be held provisionally until we have received the full payment from you. We recommend paying for your ticket online and please present a printed copy of your receipt on arrival. Alternatively Small World Centre's open times are Tuesday - Friday, 9.30am - 4.30pm if you'd like to pay in cash/ cheque. Tickets are non-refundable except when a workshop is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case Small World will refund you. Thank you.
