Food Foraging at Poppit Sands

Tom Bean and Lara Bernays will combine their knowledge of wild food and herbal medicine and take you on a guided walk through the various beach environments at Poppit Sands.

After gathering a wide variety of edible seaside plants, you will be invited to prepare and eat a delicious feast in the sand dunes.
