Come join local baker, Vicky North for an enjoyable workshop that will equip you with the skills and confidence to bake a range of breads at home. During the five hour course, you will make three different types of bread using both natural leavens and fresh yeast. The final loaf you make will be prepared for home baking the following morning to enable slow fermentation and allow you to enjoy the real magic and complex flavour of authentic sour dough bread. You will also receive a starter pack of natural leaven, a proving basket and dough scraper to take home with you. A delicious lunch and refreshments are all included in the price.
