Making Bara Brith & Welsh Cakes

Your first opportunity will be to learn how to make Bara Brith with Martin Radley, master baker at Cardigan's oldest bakery, the Queen's Bakery. Once they are ready for the oven, Olive Marks from cake and preserve makers Popty Bach y Wlad will show you how to make the delicious welsh cakes for you to sample with a cup of tea!
