The winning team will be the team who completes all of the activities in the shortest time. It is not just about physical ability; teams must also work together and think tactically in order to be crowned victorious!

Some of the physical challenges that you will face are:

· An adrenaline-charged 200m mountain Zip slide

· An invigorating mountain bike course

· A white-knuckle canoe relay
