Shiatsu & Energy Work – introductory workshop

A magical, fun, introduction to
a fantastic world of bodies, energywork, 
communication & sharing.

This 1-Day workshop offers you a potpourri of 
opportunities and experiences:
• Give, and receive some Shiatsu (and no, that's not an exchange of small Chinese dogs!) - a type of body-work which feels great and which is done through clothing. You'll learn some basic skills and techniques which you'll be able to take away with you.
• Find out a bit about EnergyWork, healing and health.
• Learn some simple exercises which feel great to do and which can give you real boost when you need one
• Maybe get a tiny insight into some ancient Chinese understanding into those two little questions: Why? and How? (That's why and how everything!)
• Share, and have some fun with others.
Why not give yourself permission to play for a whole day, and come along?

It doesn't matter whether words like ‘Shiatsu' and ‘Energywork' are completely new to you, or if you already have some experience in massage, etc; we all have our own particular experiences and gifts to bring and share.
Suitability - If you are able to crawl around on a floor, then you are fit and mobile enough.
Ages: Adult, and over 16's.
Clothing - You just need to wear clothing which is comfortable and allows you to move easily.
