Absent but not Forgotten - The Seventh Room

Kathryn Campbell Dodd and Jacob Whittaker will be bringing their collaborative art project, Absent but not Forgotten to the Abertoir Horror Festival 2011 at Aberystwyth Arts Centre.

The artists will be showing a series of documentary films in The Box Artists Video space from 8 - 13 November which explore some of the ghost stories of Aberystwyth. The pair are asking anyone who has a ghost story related to the town to come and tell their tale and add to the growing project archive, they will be at the Arts Centre during the festival and welcoming interviews with local people.

Between 9 - 11 November the artists will also be showing a spooky sound and video art installation in The Studio on the first floor of the Arts Centre. They will use sound, video and projection that makes references to horror films and paranormal television to create a spooky, immersive experience for visitors.
